Successful minicolloquium on-site at CMD29 in Manchester

The first physical gathering of the European Physical Society after the pandemic included our mini-colloquium on Bound states in hybrid superconductor nanostructures.

Our program within CMD29, involving 6 invited and many more contributed talks was well attended in the Manchester Central Convention Complex in the United Kingdom, the current host country of the pan-European condensed matter physics conference series. The hybrid format enabled both speakers and audience members to contribute to the scientific discussion even if physical presence was not possible for them. We very much welcomed the possibility to meet in person after two years of remote events, and hope to continue this tradition at CMD30, which will take place in Milan, Italy!
